This private tour includes

• Pick-up & Return Transfers. (In case the hotel is NOT ACCESSIBLE by car, we setup certain meeting points).
• Pyrgos Village – Stroll through the island’s best-preserved medieval settlement, built in the 16th century by the Venetians. Explore winding alleys and the remains of its hilltop castle.
• Akrotiri Excavation of the Prehistoric City of Akrotiri* (1 hour stop). This archeological wonder is one of the most important prehistoric sites of the Aegean, and the very first settlement on Santorini, dating from the Late Neolithic period (from the 4th millennium BC)
• Wine Tasting (1 hour) – Savor 4 local wine labels, expertly paired with Cycladic bites, guided by a professional sommelier at one of Santorini’s acclaimed wineries.
• Liability insurance & designated driver.
• The tour is in English.
• Entrance fee at Akrotiri excavations.

Details

• Pick up time starting 9:30am for the A.M tour and 4:00pm for the P.M. tour.
• Monday and Thursday afternoon tour is not available since the Excavation site is closed.
• We can accommodate up to 8 guests (family or friends).    

NOT included

• Expert guide for Akrotiri NOT included.
• An expert guide for the Akrotiri excavations is available at an extra cost of 200€ for 1hour in English 0r French (price is total for all guests, NOT per person). Pre booking is required for this extra service.

Please note that you shall be at your arranged pick-up point 5 minutes prior your pick-up time, as the vehicle will depart immediately. Kindly be informed that in case of you failing to catch your pick-up and /or us not to be able to reach you at your designated contact number (switched-off or unreachable), this may occur to you seeking alternative means of transport in order to meet the group, for which the company brings no responsibility. Otherwise, your non-arrival will be considered as a no-show and relevant policy will be applied.

Cancellations & No-Shows

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made before the below release periods:

• For cancellations less than 3 days prior to the confirmed tour date 50% of the amount is charged
• For no-shows, or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to tour time 100% of the amount is charged

Cancellation penalties will not be applied for cancellations resulting directly or indirectly from nature, delays, cancellations and incidents related to the sea or weather conditions, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, strikes, riots, delays or cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of the distributor.
