Tailor Made Tour includes

• Pick up & return transfers from and to the hotel. (In case the hotel is NOT ACCESSIBLE by car, we setup certain meeting points).
• Liability insurance & designated driver
• Can accommodate from 2 to 8 guests (group of family/friends)
• Scenic island Tour along the way with your local driver/guide
• All the tours take place in a luxury, air-conditioned mini vans.

Details

• The Tour is in English.
• The Tailor made Tour take place twice in a day morning and afternoon.
• Pick up time starting 9:00 – 9:30am for the morning tour and 3:30 – 4:00pm for the afternoon tour

Not included

• Food, drinks, ticket fee entrances etc.

Some suggested options for the Tailor made Tour

1. Three traditional villages & Akrotiri Excavation.
2. Two traditional villages, Akrotiri Excavation & lighthouse.
3. One traditional village, a visit to a winery & Akrotiri Excavation.
4. Choose you own path.

Please note that you shall be at your arranged pick-up point 5 minutes prior your pick-up time, as the vehicle will depart immediately. Kindly be informed that in case of you failing to catch your pick-up and /or us not to be able to reach you at your designated contact number (switched-off or unreachable), this may occur to you seeking alternative means of transport in order to meet the group, for which the company brings no responsibility. Otherwise, your non-arrival will be considered as a no-show and relevant policy will be applied.

Cancellations & No-Shows

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made before the below release periods:

• For cancellations less than 3 days prior to the confirmed tour date 50% of the amount is charged
• For no-shows, or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to tour time 100% of the amount is charged

Cancellation penalties will not be applied for cancellations resulting directly or indirectly from nature, delays, cancellations and incidents related to the sea or weather conditions, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, strikes, riots, delays or cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of the distributor.
